The major features of the FIMAK Rotary Oven are the equal heat distribution, operation at high efficiency and regular
circulation of the heat inside it. That is provided by well-designed heat exchangers. Thus, it allows our customers to
bake their products at the requested flavour by consuming less energy as per their peers. The burning chamber is
made of heatproof high quality stainless steel. Thanks to double-way plate-tube system, high level steam is produced
and each of the pans is adequately provided with the steam.
